• Partner closely with the recruiting team to schedule and coordinate the candidates through every step of the interview process
  • Serve as point-of-contact for candidates and interview teams regarding interview schedules, changes, and triage
  • Schedule candidate interviews (phone, virtual, onsite) by coordinating with recruiters, candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers
  • Coordinate the processing of payroll and accuracy of employee data
  • Keep records of benefits plan participation such as health insurance, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, terminations and employee statistics for government reporting
  • Coordinate management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance reviews, safety and sexual harassment
  • Administer benefits such as health, dental and disability insurances, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence and employee assistance
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state and local regulations while adhering to corporate policies, procedures and practices pertaining to employment matters


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Must be customer focused and have a general understanding of human resource policies, procedures and relevant regulations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills including MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and use of internet search engines
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong multitasking ability
  • Detailed-oriented and strong follow-up skills
